IRISHMAN in N.Y. Part 3 is the thirty-seventh chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Eda Initial Stage. It was originally released on April 18, 2025.

Inside an industrial building, three men are together as they receive a phone call from someone asking how much Eda knew. Learning that the CIA agent was still apparently trying to figure out who diverted the "goods," the caller orders Farrington to dispose of the woman quickly and leave no body behind. Though silent, Farrington responds it is no problem, but the caller warns him not to let his group, the Fenians, act high and mighty just because they have been turning a blind eye to their activities. With the caller abruptly ending the conversation, one of the men remarks that the caller sounded angry and desperate, prompting Farrington to reply that it is not easy to simply kill one person. Disagreeing, the man tells him that the situation must be critical if the traffickers resorted to calling them directly instead of having Kilner deliver the message. Chiming in, Caird suggests that they abandon the "Fenians" operation, elaborating that the caller themselves stated they have only pulled off their scheme because of their FBI and CIA connections. He adds that it only seems natural to pull out if the CIA can no longer be relied upon, infuriating Farrington. The latter reminds Caird that they have finally established a secure route and deal.

Proclaiming that supporting "their own" makes their lives easier, Farrington also reminds him he characterized the plan as killing two birds with one stone. Not deterred, Caird affirms that knowing when to quit is important, causing Farrington to grab him by his shirt collar. Their colleague advises both men to calm down, reasoning that they are all Irish and should stick together instead of fighting amongst themselves. At that point, a colleague outside the room calls for Farrington, opening the door to inform the men that he contacted Larry's factory and was told they could use the building the next day because it is their regular day off. Farrington and his colleague wonder if their other associates overheard them, and the latter wonders how long they can keep their operation a secret given the FBI and CIA's involvement. Brushing off the idea of talking about it, Farrington remarks that it is better if fewer people know. Emphasizing that their top priority is to kill Eda, he tells the other two men they will take care of her tomorrow at Larry's factory.

Meanwhile, Hanes and Dent drive through the city to find Eda, and the former asks the latter if he is still worried about the insider. Although assured that they have a lead, Dent posits that it is too simplistic to assume the city police are automatically on their side because of their behavior, which he finds odd. Dent denies he is biased toward his old organization and believes the city police could not handle the operation alone given the scale. Hearing the idea that a bigger force may be involved, Hanes asks if that is why the CIA is involved, a guess which Dent agrees with. They contemplate if Eda will be okay, but Dent chuckles and admits the situation has changed greatly since the beginning. Also on their way to find Eda, Kilner and Latimer travel together. The FBI agent uses his car phone to call his criminal accomplices to let them know the FBI is about to raid their place, warning them to leave fast. The worried Latimer asks if he truly cannot back out of the deal, to which Kilner mentions his own partner does not know anything either and cannot be dragged into it.

Latimer responds that he also generally has no idea what is going on, having told Kilner that earlier. The FBI agent asserts that a verbal promise is not trustworthy enough and needs his "help" to feel secure. Latimer asks what he has to do, but Kilner only answers he will find out when they arrive at the site. Sighing, the rookie police officer is disappointed that he has been dragged into a debacle. At the Fenians' hideout, the injured Eda wakes up and wonders why she is always beaten or tied up on every mission. Joking that whoever said the CIA is mostly desk work is wrong unlike the movies, she assesses that she will have to buy time until Dent and his team show up. However, the three Fenian leaders arrive, with the masked Farrington joking that she is already standing up before he could order her to do so. Eda sarcastically retorts that she was just getting comfortable in the holding room, to which the leader retorts he will bring her somewhere better. Continuing to joke in order to stall, she rhetorically asks if the place in question has a huge gate and flying winged babies. Seeing through her trick, Farrington grabs her and warns her to stop messing around.

At that point, his unnamed colleague informs him that he received word about the FBI coming to their location to raid the place. Angry and confused, Farrington wonders if "he" betrayed them, but his partner clarifies that "he" contacted them in the first place. Realizing that Eda must have had a tracker they did not find, he glares at her, but the CIA agent jokes he must be a lousy searcher. Caird warns them that he can hear sirens, prompting their unnamed partner to recall he was advised to escape through a hole in the police's encirclement their collaborator made. Upon hearing this, Eda realizes that the traitor must be someone with authority, but the three men suddenly force her to walk with them. In another part of the building, an FBI team breaks down the door and orders the three men's lackeys to surrender, a threat which they immediately comply with. As Farrington, Caird and their partner continue leaving, they remember having ordered their other men to surrender right away if they are caught since the police do not know their backstories and they can remain silent in custody.

With the FBI busy detaining the other culprits, the three Fenians exit the building and are met by Kilner and Latimer in FBI vests. The FBI agent inquires why they have not killed Eda yet, to which Farrington reasons that removing any trace of her body cannot be done quickly. The Fenian leader angrily wonders who Latimer is, but Kilner assures him he is making him cooperate. As Eda glares at the awkward Latimer, the FBI agent demands to know what will happen to their men, but Farrington tells him to relax since only the three of them know about his involvement. Kilner orders them to follow him to his assigned area, and Eda jokes that she can never judge a book by its cover now knowing an FBI agent is involved in weapons smuggling. Ignoring her, he only replies that he is also trying to keep up with new developments. Nearby, speaking with the detained suspects, Dent learns that the Fenians are an Irish smuggling ring run by city police. Telling one individual they have caused trouble, the ATF agent demands to know whom he works for because such a large operation cannot be carried out by a few subordinates.

The man confesses that the Fenians are led by Farrington and his two colleagues, adding that he and his fellow officers merely followed their orders. Chastising the suspect for smuggling weapons instead of following his diligence to help his community, Dent rhetorically asks where the police's pride has gone. Justifying his work, the suspect claims that he cannot survive on the police pay alone, especially with high rent, expensive medical bills for sick parents, and children's college tuition. Scoffing at him, Dent asks one of the FBI raid officers if they learned anything about Eda and the three Fenians who captured her but is disappointed to learn that no updates have occurred. Moving to a discreet spot, Kilner decides it will be where they execute Eda, urging the Fenians to hurry up since she may have another tracker on her person. Turning to Latimer, he orders him to shoot Eda, shocking him. Kilner explains that the story they will give later is that they cornered Farrington as he tried to escape with Eda but were met with gunfire, so they had no choice but to return fire and accidentally hit Eda. With Latimer remaining silent and undecided, Kilner threatens that he cannot defy him and wriggle out of the deal.

Interrupting the tension, Eda warns Latimer that the FBI agent is attempting to pin the crime on him, angering Kilner. She continues that he likely brought everyone together so that he could kill everyone, surprising the Fenians. As she adds that he would not want anyone to know his secret, Kilner punches her, but the injured Eda notes that they may not have anything to gain even if they escape with their identities. When she concludes that the only person to gain from covering up the truth is Kilner, he angrily commands Latimer to shoot her, accusing her of lying. Irate, Farrington urges him to dispel Eda's accusations. However, when he lays his hand on Kilner's shoulder, the FBI agent turns around and immediately shoots him in the head, shocking everyone. He quickly turns his gun on Caird and his partner, shooting them both but leaving Latimer unharmed.

Taking advantage of the chaos, Eda stands up and kicks the gun from Kilner's hand, also managing to kick the FBI agent in the face. She begins to wrestle him onto the ground and reach for the key to the handcuffs binding her. To her chagrin, as she feels the key, Latimer points his gun at her and orders Eda to freeze. Still on the ground, Kilner urges him to shoot her, but Eda smirks and rhetorically asks if he is aiming his gun at the wrong person. She warns him that he will be at Kilner's mercy for the rest of his life if he shoots her, but Kilner tells him again to shoot and not heed her words. Whereas Latimer continues panicking, Eda loosens her handcuffs while Kilner crawls toward his pistol. Getting up, Kilner professes he is disappointed in Latimer and insults him as a good-for-nothing, unreliable outcast. Before he can make a move, Eda throws her handcuffs at Kilner's face and charges him. Kilner shoves it away and aims his gun at her, and a single gunshot is heard.
