El réquiem de los Desalmados Part 6, also called Chapter 122, is the one hundred twenty-third chapter of the Black Lagoon manga. It was originally released on May 19, 2026.

A day after Gris el Tigres and his forces captured Fernando Lobos, Rock has returned to the Lagoon Company office and meets with Revy, who asks if he got something out of his trip. Confirming and advising her not to focus on it, he in turn asks what has happened since his departure. Characterizing the situation as total chaos, Revy compares Roanapur to Mogadishu, Somalia because most of Hotel Moscow's facilities have been burned to the ground. Entering the office, Le Majeur informs the two pirates that she was just at Bougainvillea Trade Company, where a car drove by as a person tossed out a box in front of the building. The concerned Feodora thought of retrieving it, but Malenkov warned her to leave it alone due to the possibility of it containing a bomb. Immediately, the Vysotniki's bomb maker confirmed it was not an explosive device but rather, the head of Lobos, making Balalaika and Boris grimace.

Upon learning this news, Revy stresses out, believing that he was Roanapur's last hope for compromise that would prevent further disarray. Balalaika had requested her men to give Lobos a "proper burial," with Majeur adding that the Russian leader issued an emergency call-up of all Vysotniki units. Having a plan, Rock inquires about the next possible target of Hotel Moscow, to which Majeur responds that Chornui Mall is the best guess since it has not been attacked yet. Revy cocks her pistol while Rock asks the Frenchwoman if she is sure, causing the latter to worry about such a reckless plan. On the other hand, Revy notes that Rock carrying out reckless ideas is his normal thinking. Sipping a mug, Rock assesses that even if his proposal is not accepted by the Mexican gangsters, they may be able to locate their whereabouts.

The subsequent night, Majeur reconvenes with Hotel Moscow members at the untouched Chornui Mall, where Malenkov converses with her concerning her orders. Although she admits she is prepared to fight since she is obligated to do so, she adds she is also on edge. Addressing the problem of the Vysotniki being shorthanded, the Russian man posits that they cannot spread too thin and staying put at the attack location is their only choice. Majeur posits that Hotel Moscow could close everything down to mitigate damage given that the Vysotniki are only adapted to offense and not defense. However, Malenkov notes that his "Kapitan" would never allow it due to such a move tarnishing Hotel Moscow's reputation, claiming that it is merely war after all. Asserting that they have already moved all of the cash out of the building, he repeats that their forces will retreat and intentionally let the enemy escape, telling Majeur that the rest is up to her and her associates.

At the same time, riding her motorcycle, Eda and the accompanying Revy stop near Chornui Mall. Disgruntled about the current mess, the nun wonders if the location is correct, to which Revy answers that it is their best bet, as the building is one of three of Balalaika's unharmed bases. At that point, various plainclothes Mexican men step out of their cars and walk toward the entrance, gaining the women's attention. Eda asks if Revy has second thoughts, but the unconcerned latter emphasizes that they will lay low. Inside the mall, the gangsters reveal their guns and shoot the staff in the casino lobby, prompting the Russians to prepare for a counterattack. Throughout the casino, the gangsters of Los Soldados throw grenades at slot machines and unleash a colossal amount of gunfire. One of the enforcers orders his men to find the safe and take no prisoners, and Majeur and the Russians start firing back. Yelling, Majeur asks Malenkov if he contacted HQ, which he confirms and shouts that they simply need to escape the area. The Russian tells her that their escape route is being secured by Corporal Levka and Private First Class Efrem.

In response, one enemy gangster asks his commander Rocca if they should pursue the fleeing Russians. Rocca reminds his men that they are in the casino to take the vault and cut off their funds, so the soldiers begin to clear several rooms, including the staff area and security office. Exiting the building, Majeur runs to Eda and Revy and assures them that things are going to plan despite the ruckus. Barging into the vault area, the Mexican soldiers all point their guns at the calm Rock, who sits down with a duffel bag and introduces himself as an observer for the Council. He asks if they are interested in a proposition concerning the mineral mines in their homeland, to which Rocca responds he is only interested in frisking him for weapons. Informing Rock that he will decide if he comes with them or dies, Rocca proclaims he needs to see if he has anything of valuable. The ex-salaryman calmly admits he has documents in his bag, which the commander briefly examines. Agreeing to take him alive, Rocca orders his men to blindfold Rock, and they begin exiting the building.

Eda spots them and asks Revy what is their next step, to which she advises the nun to turn off the motorcycle's headlight and follow the gangsters. As the Mexicans flee, they are pursued by a police car of the Roanapur City Police, with the officers ordering the men to stop their vehicle. As they exchange gunfire, Gris swerves his car and aims his revolver at the squad car's right side, shooting the vehicle and passenger officer at point-blank range. Observing the commotion, Eda asks if the red Honda NSX belongs to Gris, causing Revy to order her not to lose track of him.
