Malenkov (マレンコフ Marenkofu), alternatively called Malenkova in the English version of the manga, is a member of Hotel Moscow in Roanapur.

Malenkov is a Russian man with a skinny build, pale skin, and short light-colored hair. He wears a colored suit and pants with a light-colored dress shirt. He carries a Kalashnikov rifle for a weapon.

During the gang war between Hotel Moscow and Los Soldados in Roanapur, Malenkov was at the Bougainvillea Trade Company when some of the Mexican gangsters drove by and threw a box outside the front of the building. Feodora was curious and tried to approach the item but he advised her to stay put due to the possibility of the box containing a bomb. Accordingly, the Vysotniki's bomb maker confirmed it was not a bomb but rather, the severed head of Fernando Lobos. That night, Malenkov was assigned to defend Chornui Mall with the knowledge that the casino was going to eventually be targeted by the Mexican gangsters. Also assigned to defend the casino was Le Majeur, who played a card game with him to pass the time. Although he told her that she was only called forth due to the tide changing, she acknowledged that it was part of her job anyway.

Contemplating the situation, Malenkov noted that the Vysotniki were shorthanded and Hotel Moscow had no idea which location that Los Soldados intended on attacking next. He added that his fellow Russians were much better at offense than defense, to which Majeur recommended that they close down their businesses temporarily to be safe. However, Malenkov responded that Balalaika would never allow that since it would tarnish Hotel Moscow's reputation, concluding that being able to do nothing about it was merely a consequence of the war. Repeating that the plan was to purposely pull back and let the enemy get away since the cash in the building was already moved out, he stated that the rest was up to Majeur and her people, referring to the plan involving Rock staying in the vault room to arrange for a meeting with Los Soldados.

Soon, as they continued their card game, several plainclothes Mexican gangsters entered the casino lobby and shot the staff, putting the Russians on alert. Grabbing his gun, Malenkov ordered Majeur to stick to the plan, and they began exchanging gunfire with the wave of enemy soldiers. Being asked if he contacted their headquarters, the Russian man confirmed they knew and advised Majeur to follow him since their escape route had just been secured by Corporal Levka and Private Efrem. Exiting the establishment, Malenkov and his comrades succeeded in fulfilling their part of the operation, so Majeur left with Revy and Eda to pursue the Mexicans as the latter group fled with Rock.
