Visconti Food Service (ヴィスコンティ・フード・サーヴィス Visukonti Fūdo Sāvisu), more commonly known as Visconti Foods (ヴィスコンティ・フーズ Visukonti Fūzu), is an Italian restaurant and front business for Cosa Nostra in Roanapur. Located southeast of Palcana Square, the place is used as Ronnie the Jaws' base of operations.

On the restaurant exterior, the place advertises pizza and pasta as some of their dishes, with pasta con le sarde in particular for the latter. Additionally, alcoholic drinks like limoncello and white wine are also available.

A short period after the arc "El Baile de la muerte," some Australians from the Westerners' district in Cambodia arrived in Roanapur to start a prostitution ring. The newcomers, not familiar with how the city operated, harassed a street stall under Visconti Foods' control and beat the stand owner with a metal bat in order to take over the area as their own turf. In response, Ronnie the Jaws had his subordinates go to the Australians' motel to kill them all. About two weeks later, Ronnie invited men from the Albanian Mafia to his office on the restaurant's second floor to discuss the Albanians' missing gold bullion which the Italians promised to launder. On that day, as Luciano spoke with the two Albanians Mustafa and Çubronik, Revy and Rock visited the place as well to inform Ronnie about his shipment from some Tamils being stored at a shipping container yard. Ronnie himself was making a phone call to his boss in Palermo, and in the kitchen, Emilio tried to tell the two pirates that his boss was busy. However, Revy entered the office unannounced. This angered Ronnie, who showed no concern about the shipment, so Revy jokingly threatened to give it to someone else.

They were then interrupted by the Albanians, who iterated to Luciano that they would ally with Hotel Moscow instead if the Italians did not recover the gold in due time. As Revy laughed at Luciano speaking about a private conversation so loudly, Mustafa quietly informed Çubronik that Revy appeared to be Chinese, making him draw his pistol. Annoyed by the standoff between Çubronik and Revy, Ronnie threatened to torture them both using dynamite if they did not de-escalate. After the two sheathed their pistols and left, Ronnie told Rock to go to the floor manager to receive their payment, also threatening him with torture if he discussed what happened in his presence.

A couple of days later, Feng Yifei successfully accessed Zamid Dhiyab's money laundering account and bank records, so Rock proposed that they would use the money from Zamid's account as leverage when talking with the Italians. Subsequently, Revy, Rock and Feng went to Ronnie's office, where Ronnie initially wanted to torture the information out of them. Although Narciso and Amadio were prepared to follow Ronnie's torture order, they hesitated when Feng and Rock spoke up. In particular, Rock grabbed Ronnie's attention about bringing the account back online to continue the laundering, offering Ronnie the account in exchange for Feng's safety from the People's Liberation Army of China. Surprised at the pursuers being the Chinese government, the Sicilians furiously retorted that it was too dangerous. Smacking his foot onto his desk, Ronnie sternly warned his men not to interrupt him because he was thinking. Hearing Rock out, Ronnie agreed to protect Feng on the condition that he give him the internal document confirming the covert actions between the Albanians and the Chinese against European businesses. Once Feng verbally agreed, he declared that she was now the Sicilian Mafia's amica (friend) and could try Visconti Food Service's food and drink downstairs anytime for free.

Right after a Council meeting in which Gris el Tigres threatened to destroy Hotel Moscow and any other mafia who got in his way, Ronnie called his men at Visconti Foods and ordered them to tighten the restaurant's security. Additionally, he had his men hire hitmen from Bren the Black Death's guild. In the meantime, the Cosa Nostra gangsters walked back and forth in the office panicking about the potential gang war. Feng received a call from Rock, who requested that she meet with him at the Yellow Flag to discuss any background information she could gather on Gris and his mafia.
