Emilio (エミーリオ Emīrio) is a Cosa Nostra gangster and a subordinate of Ronnie the Jaws.

Emilio is an adult Italian man with a skinny build, pale skin, a cleft chin, and short dark hair. He wears a light-colored suit and pants over a long-sleeved, dark-colored Hawaiian dress shirt, as well as a chain necklace.

When Revy and Rock visited Visconti Foods to inform Ronnie about a shipment for him, Emilio saw them entering the kitchen and walked with them. When Revy greeted him and asked if Tommaso was absent, he responded that "Mr. Falcone" was not with the Sicilian Mafia but actually a member of the Camorra who happened to be Ronnie's personal friend. Emilio ordered the two pirates to wait downstairs since Ronnie was busy, but they walked into Ronnie's office anyway. Called out by Ronnie for letting the two pirates in, Emilio clarified that he tried to stop them, but he was interrupted by Ronnie reminding him that he was calling their mutual boss about an important matter. Emilio then remained silent as Ronnie threatened to hit him in the head with a metal bat if he did not understand.
