Tommaso Falcone (トマーゾ・ファルコーネ Tomāzo Farukōne), usually just called Tommaso (トマーゾ Tomāzo), is a member of the Camorra. Although he is not affiliated with Cosa Nostra, he is friends with Ronnie the Jaws, the boss of Cosa Nostra's Thai branch.

Tommaso is an adult Italian man with a skinny build and tan skin. He has short brown hair combed back and wears a green suit over a peach dress shirt.

When Mister Chang hosted a Council meeting at The Golden Swingin Night Club between Roanapur's crime lords, Tommaso accompanied Ronnie the Jaws during the meeting. When Balalaika insulted Ronnie, Tommaso angrily insulted her back, with Ronnie telling Tommaso not to get so hot-headed each time. Ronnie joked about Balalaika being a "country bumpkin," and when Balalaika responded that she would love to see Ronnie try to fight, Tommaso angrily interrupted once more and offered her a fight. Annoyed by their petty insults and anger, Chang slammed his own feet onto the table to get their attention.

When Revy visited the Italians' office at Visconti Foods to fulfill a delivery, she asked Emilio where Tommaso was. Emilio answered that "Mr. Falcone" was a member of the Camorra, not Cosa Nostra, clarifying that Tommaso was merely a personal friend of Ronnie's.
