Black Lagoon: Eyeglasses are a part of your face? (ブラック・ラグーン メガネは顔の一部です？編 Burakku ragūn megane wa kao no ichibu desu? Hen) is the tenth Black Lagoon omake. It was originally released in the eleventh manga volume on November 24, 2018.

Greeting the audience with a smile, Hänsel and Gretel state that they have gathered all the characters who have worn glasses. Confused, Feng Yifei asks what exactly they were summoned for, and Jane tells the twins to at least tell them why they are present. Laughing, the twins point at them and order the women to do something funny on the spot, which Feng and Jane reject. Smiling, Yukio Washimine proposes a game of things one does when wearing glasses. Thinking of something, Feng mentions that sometimes someone will wash their face while wearing them, which Roberta, Jane and Yukio agree is annoying. Feng then recalls how someone will wander out of the shower naked without glasses and how people also accidentally step into the shower while still wearing their glasses. Yukio talks about having to squint to recognize herself in the mirror when she does not wear glasses, which appeals to the three women. Jane likewise claims that people who grab glasses by the lens and smudge them should die, making the other three agree in unison.

As they again relate to each other by being unable to smudge out a scratch or doing a lifting-up motion when the glasses are not being worn, Hänsel and Gretel interrupt them. Expressing their boredom, the twins reply that people like themselves who do not wear glasses cannot relate to their struggle. Annoyed, the women retort that the two children have no idea what it is like, encouraging the two to try on the glasses. Feeling queasy from the sensation, Hänsel and Gretel agree that wearing them is bad, and they grovel on the ground to vomit. Politely interrupting the session, Yukio points out that there is an impostor among the women. Holding up her glasses, Roberta confirms that her eyesight is perfect, but Feng and Jane tell her that posers are not welcome. Cracking her knuckles, Roberta brags that the three of them together could not team up against her, a fact which the three women accept in anger. Elsewhere with the Lagoon Company, the three male pirates are surprised to see Revy awkwardly wearing glasses. While Rock says she looks really bad with them, Benny comments that she looks like a typical bookstore clerk, and Dutch remains silent.
