The High School Episode Part 2 (高校編 PART 2 Kōkō-hen PART 2) is the eleventh Black Lagoon omake. It was originally released in the twelfth manga volume on August 19, 2021.

At a high school lunch table, the five women of Les Cinq Doigts, dressed in school uniforms, relax and eat lunch. Nearby, Hänsel and Gretel watch them and inform Revy that the women have taken down everyone who has challenged them. Declaring that she will not allow that to happen, Revy orders Hänsel to attack first. Running at them, Hänsel yells at them to brace themselves, but the women are awed and wonder what he is doing. Immediately, they smother him with their hands and compliment his adorableness, asking him if he wants candy. Not wanting her brother to be attacked, Gretel then charges at them, but they also surround the girl and smother her, complimenting her softness and offering her a soda. Surprised at the twins being overwhelmed, Revy, wearing sweats and a track jacket, angrily orders the women to let the twins go, but they sneer at her, with Le Majeur insulting her sweats while L'auriculaire claims that she stinks. Hating the cold shoulder, Revy cries and asks why she cannot be coddled too.

Seeing the commotion, class president Yukio Washimine orders the women to stop fighting and tells them that they can settle their battle in a clione-eating contest. Coddling Yukio as well, the Frenchwomen compliment her glasses and wonder if clione tastes like gasoline. Walking by and seeing the girls, the tracksuit-clad Balalaika smiles and advises the girls to not stay out late. Suddenly, she herself is coddled and struggles to free herself, and the Frenchwomen compliment her and wonder if she is a P.E. or Russian teacher. Interrupting them, Roberta proclaims that she will stop the gang, proudly stating that she is a secret boss whose only weakness is her master Garcia. Responding that they knew she would say that, the women bring out Garcia and begin smothering the both of them, offering them some sweets and overwhelming Roberta. Baffled at the sight, Mister Chang wonders what is going on, but Rock warns him not to get involved in the mess.
