Eaten Alive is the fifty-ninth chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl. It was originally released on July 19, 2024.

Far away, a tornado begins to form and heads toward a resort. There, a female masseuse massages Frederica Sawyer and claims that it is good the cleaner took a vacation since her body feels rough. She notes that the place is basically reserved for Sawyer since there are no other guests, and Sawyer always spends time in her room. Taking off her shirt, the masseuse says she should enjoy their services and sits on top of Sawyer's back, confusing the latter. Suddenly, the masseuse pulls up Sawyer's arms behind her back to crack the pain, shocking the cleaner. Elsewhere in Roanapur at the Lagoon Company dry dock, Rock, Benny and Dutch hang out on the second floor. Rock looks out the window and realizes that they cannot go out on their boat in the storm, lamenting that he did not go back to his place earlier. Dutch tells him that he can try going home in the weather if he really wants to, and he suddenly places down a bottle of Macallan 30 on the table, surprising the other two sailors. The captain explains that one of his clients gave the bottle to him, concluding that they should try the expensive drink.

Meanwhile, Sawyer continues to have her back pounded hard, with the masseuse finally stopping but saying they will move onto the beauty treatment. In the resort lobby, an employee asks his manager if the customer in their establishment is truly Sawyer the Cleaner. Admitting that he thought it was a rumor, the young man asks why his manager has a shotgun, wondering if it is necessary given that the resort is neutral territory per the city's interorganizational agreement. Confirming that is exactly why, the manager elaborates that they cannot allow any trouble to disturb the cleaner. As he reminds the subordinate to turn anyone away, the two men see a crocodile walking in, shocking them. The manager guesses that it must have somehow been carried by the storm combined with the resort being near water. While preparing his shotgun, a second crocodile appears behind him and bites his legs. The reptile begins flailing the man around as he futilely tries shooting the animal, and the other terrified employee runs away. The young man enters the massage room to warn the women, but he sees that more crocodiles have already entered the room.

Nonetheless, Sawyer powers up her chainsaw and hesitantly faces off against the two extra crocodiles. One reptile roars and lunges at the cleaner, who cuts into its chest and fights off more crocodiles. At the same time, the man notices more crocodiles coming from the lobby, so he runs back into the room. As he runs to Sawyer for help, he trips and knocks over a drinking glass. The drink causes Sawyer to slip onto her back and, to the man's shock, the chainsaw flies right at him and cuts him down from the head. Both the unarmed Sawyer and the scared masseuse are surrounded by more crocodiles, worrying them. At that point, however, the tornado goes near the building and tears apart the room, forcing the crocodiles into the air. Sawyer holds onto an interior post to avoid being sucked into the tornado, though the masseuse holds onto her and accidentally loosens the cleaner's undergarment, causing it to fly away in the wind and embarrassing Sawyer. At the dry dock, hearing the tornado come closer, Rock wonders if they are in trouble given the loudness of the wind. To the men's shock, a couple of crocodiles crash through the window and break the bottle of Macallan 30, making them scream. At the torn-up resort, the masseuse awkwardly offers to give Sawyer free beauty services if she cleans up the room.
