SAW is the fifty-eighth chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl. It was originally released on June 19, 2024.

At a murder scene, Choptop realizes that the two new cleaners, Lisa and Louise, are just children. He informs Sawyer the Cleaner that their client requested them to have the two girls help out with the cleaning job. Guiding the children into an adjacent room, Choptop tells the children that they will cut apart the pile of corpses and carry out the pieces in buckets. Shocked by the scene, the girls claim that the aisle and stairs are too narrow for their work, but the punk assures them that they only need to cut apart the corpses since someone else will do the heavy lifting. Hearing that they are allowed to use whatever tools they like, Lisa asks about using a chainsaw, pointing to Sawyer as she continues her work. Choptop ignores the request and reminds them that they were sent to him as punishment, but the two children likewise ignore him as they play with one of the corpses' mouths. Irked, he mutters to himself that their slacking behavior is probably why they were punished. Choptop orders them not to slack off, which Lisa and Louise confidently agree to do.

At the same time, a surviving man hides among the pile of corpses and sees the cleaners, thinking to himself that the only way to escape is the room's door since there are no windows. As he waits for an opportunity to sneak away, Lisa complains that bones are hard to saw through with a hacksaw. She urges the "old man" Choptop to give her a better tool, annoying him. Waving a severed arm, Louise shows it to Lisa, who says she is childish and jokes that the arm is as big as her. Lisa grabs a different severed arm in response, so the two girls try to swing at each other with the arms in a swordplay-like manner. Frustrated with their continuous playfulness, Choptop orders them not to play with the corpses. He mutters to Sawyer that the children have caused nothing but trouble for them so far, prompting the working Sawyer to give another deathly glare to the girls. Apologizing, Lisa throws the severed arm behind her, which lands in front of the surviving man. Shocked and startled, the man quickly covers his gasping to conceal his presence. The man resumes playing dead and thinks to himself that everyone in the building is crazy, so he decides to wait for the opportunity to sneak away using the chainsaw noise as a cover.

Near him, Louise hacks apart one body and grabs its severed head, enthusiastically showing it to Lisa. Choptop resumes his work but hears the children goofing off once more. Using a human leg as a makeshift baseball bat, Lisa hits the head which Louise throws at her. The severed head lands near the surviving man, who is freaked out by the head's lifeless stare. When the girls proudly tell Choptop they are playing baseball, the punk is baffled that they are not scared in the least dealing with corpses. Lisa and Louise mention that the bodies are lifeless and cannot do anything to them, and additionally the dead will not feel pain anyway. However, Choptop warns them that though they may not be scared of dead bodies, Sawyer will do something to them if they do not do their job right. As the children nervously concede, the living man among the corpses assesses that it is time for him to flee, believing that the group is distracted.

Lisa groans that the work is indeed hard despite being suited for it, and she and Louise suddenly see the surviving man accidentally look at them. Seeing him scream, the girls run at him with body parts as weapons, but before they can move closer, Sawyer appears and cuts the man vertically in half, surprising everyone. Right after the kill, Choptop groans about having another corpse to add to the pile, so he orders the girls to clean him up too. Despite the order, Lisa and Louise begin playing with two bodies, giving them pretend voices and moving their arms in a ventriloquist's manner. Tired of their goofing around, the exhausted Sawyer powers up her chainsaw, causing the girls to scream and cease their slacking.
