CATACOMB is the sixtieth chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl. It was originally released on August 19, 2024.

Inside a house, a tied-up woman cries as a skinny man rubs a knife across her stomach and prepares to kill her. He hears people outside, so he looks out his window and sees several women. As Bunny the Undertaker says she is tired, The Undertaker No. 2 laments that they became too excited to go on a picnic since they cannot find anywhere interesting to host one. Jessica wonders where they could have tea at when Bunny sees the man's house up ahead. The three women, Sawyer the Cleaner and Jacqueline go up to the house and knock but receive no response, making them think that no one is home. Smirking, Jessica assesses that the homeowner is very security-conscious, and she smiles at the porch camera. Seeing a chainsaw stuck in a nearby tree stump, Sawyer grabs the tool and proceeds to cut down the front doors. The five women see a dinner table with a cup and a pot of coffee, so everyone but No. 2 takes a seat.

No. 2 notes that the coffee smells like it was just brewed, to which Bunny professes she dislikes the drink due to its bitterness. Jessica asks No. 2 to make some tea for them instead, but before they can do anything, the false floor beneath the table flips over, trapping everyone but No. 2 below inside a hidden chamber. The women are surprised but not scared, and Jessica asks if everyone is all right. Looking around, they see many human skulls throughout the underground cave and see a human skeleton around a hanging sign which reads, "Abandon all hope ye who enter here." Ecstatic about the place, Jessica compares the long tunnel ahead to the gates of hell, admitting that she hopes not to be disappointed by the size. In contrast, Bunny insults the skull decorations as "uninspired" and inferior, though the women begin walking through the cave. At the same time, No. 2 worries about the women's safety and tries to think how she can help. However, the houseowner sneaks up and grabs her away from behind.

Down below, commenting that she likes the cave's size, Jessica compliments the lighting from the skulls and decides she may get some for her own catacomb. She notes that the cave appears to be modified from the original and is rather old. Having tied up No. 2 on a cross, the murderous man spies on the women through a skull camera and is giddy to deploy a trap. Subsequently, he releases a boulder which rolls down into the catacomb, but it rolls right past the women. Not startled by the trap, Jessica wonders if the trap malfunctioned, frustrating the murderer but relieving No. 2. Continuing through the catacomb, the four women come across several traps involving spikes which they walk past. Jessica is amazed by the mechanisms while Bunny fiddles with one of the skeletons, and Sawyer and Jacqueline likewise are unfazed by the traps. Up ahead, another trap of falling rocks malfunctions, and Jessica is amused at a tungsten wire at neck height meant to behead someone running in the dark.

Angered with their lack of fear, the houseowner deploys another trap that causes stone walls to close in on the women. In response, Sawyer simply cuts through the slabs with her chainsaw, once more frustrating the murderer. Jessica looks directly into one of the cameras and turns it off, startling him. A few seconds later, she enters the camera room and rhetorically asks the man if the catacomb is his hunting ground. Claiming that she easily discovered his hidden room, Jessica jests that she was entertained by the place, but not before cutting the man's throat by throwing her garrote wire around his neck. Upon killing the man, she asks No. 2 to resume making tea for everyone, which No. 2 hesitantly agrees to do. After exiting the hidden underground tunnels, the women go back to the house's living room for their picnic. Though Jessica is happy with the fun and the new picnic, Bunny suggests going back home for their picnic because she is bored with the man's house.
