José (ホセ Hose) is a gangster and member of the Nuevo Laredo Cartel.

José is an adult Hispanic man with a skinny build, tan skin, and thick, slicked back, conifer-green hair. He wears a Millbrook-brown suit jacket, a light-gray dress shirt, and gray pants.

After Elvis had one of his men kill Theo to threaten Jane into working faster, José and another gangster were assigned to stay put outside Jane's room so that she could not escape. To pass the time, both men played a card game with each other. Smugly smiling, José put forth an ace of hearts, beating the man in the game. Annoyed, the man decided that he would use the bathroom, so José sat on the stairs and turned his back, leaving himself off guard. Seconds later, Jane trapped the other man in the bathroom and brought her computer monitor with her. Finishing shuffling the cards and hearing footsteps, José thought it was his friend and joked that he did not fix the game earlier. Turning around, he was surprised to see Jane, who bashed his head with the monitor, knocking him unconscious. Afterward, he was not seen in the Nuevo Laredo Cartel's pursuit of Jane.
