Das Wieder Erstehen Des Adlers Part 3, also called Chapter 7, is the eighth chapter of the Black Lagoon manga. It was originally released in October 2002.

Seeing Rock and Revy's tracking beacons activate, Benny notes to Dutch that both sailors are right above the sunken boat, but the two are not aware that the neo-Nazis are armed with superior firepower including missiles. Knowing that he and Benny cannot retaliate, Dutch decides that they will have to wait them out, making Benny hesitate but nonetheless understanding the gravity of the situation. In the water as she ascends, Revy shoots at some of the neo-Nazis divers, and the neo-Nazis on the boat prepare their heavy machine gun. As soon as Revy reaches the ocean surface, the neo-Nazis begin firing at her, but Rock thankfully grabs Revy into the water to prevent her from getting shot and to pretend that they got killed. Looking over the railing, Rachmann taunts them that they will spend their days at the bottom of the sea.

Keeping track of the two pirates, Benny informs Dutch that Revy and Rock have drifted 200 yards from the neo-Nazi ship. Seeing that the mothership is leaving, the Black Lagoon slowly heads to where Rock and Revy are, picking them up. Revy informs Dutch that the neo-Nazis took the painting, and Dutch in turn tells her and Rock that the enemy is a group of neo-Nazis. Revy angrily comments that they need to get the painting back and send the neo-Nazis to the bottom of the sea, and Dutch agrees that besides the politics, they need to complete the job since it will be bad for business if people find out that the Lagoon Company lost to neo-Nazis. Beginning to steer their PT boat, Dutch tells everyone that they will begin the attack when the sun sets and the night is black.

On the White Heather, Rachmann compliments the "Twelve Knights Led by Brunhilda" painting, saying that it greatly contrasts against the "degenerate art" in their day. His subordinate is curious why their group has spent so much money and resources just to retrieve the one painting. Rachmann tells him that the painting will be the philosophical foundation upon which their group will establish National Socialism, saying that their funder Alfred will guide them to the end. Elaborating, Rachmann states that Alfred has agreed to give further funds to their party and even give them membership into the Anti-Communist Union if they succeed, and their small political party will grow in the United States of America. Stanford asks him if he has actually met the senior Alfred, and Rachmann answers that Alfred is one of the founders of ODESSA who is constantly hunted by "Zionists," adding that Alfred's contact will pick up the painting on his behalf.

At night, Dutch is ready to go while Revy puts on her clothes and prepares her pistols. As Revy comes out, Dutch tells her that she can go berserk on the neo-Nazis while he searches for the painting. He then orders Benny to cut their PT boat's lights so as not to alert the enemy, and the dead-eyed Revy sternly tells Rock that she will be leaving now. When they get onto the Zodiac raft, Dutch asks Revy if something happened between her and Rock, and she coldly denies that anything occurred. On the White Heather, a neo-Nazi guard uses a flashlight to surveil the deck and notices the Zodiac raft. As he tries to shout about intruders on board, Revy immediately shoots him in the back of his head. Hearing the gunshot, the neo-Nazis wonder what happened, and Dutch tells Revy that she can start killing while he checks out the ship's upper decks.

Revy begins to kill several neo-Nazis as one member warns Rachmann that their ship is under attack. Rachmann orders Stanford to "strike down the enemy with great fury and righteousness," and he happily prepares his Luger pistol. On the upper decks, some neo-Nazis run out of a room to create a formation elsewhere when they are surprised to see Dutch armed with a shotgun. As they pull out their pistols, Dutch quickly blows them all away, telling himself that the neo-Nazis are truly just amateurs wearing soldier uniforms. He tries to radio to Revy but she does not respond. Entering the control room, Revy meets the civilian sailors, who beg her not to shoot since they are not with the neo-Nazis, but the icy-gazed Revy calmly retorts that she does not care whether they surrender or are just bystanders. Once Revy kills all the civilian sailors, Dutch gets to the control room and ask her just what exactly was she doing, and the blood-covered Revy tells him that she was just going berserk as he ordered her to.
