Will (ウィル Wiru) is an agent of the United States National Security Agency. He assisted the Grey Fox Commando Group with intelligence in their second mission in Southeast Asia.

Will is a young Caucasian man with short blond hair. He wears thin black sunglasses and a light-tan vest over a red short-sleeved shirt, as well as small light-tan gloves.

When Shane Caxton's men prepared to leave Roanapur, Will came to their hotel after gathering intelligence in the city. On the way there, Roberta passed by him, preparing to go onto the rooftops to shoot at the U.S. soldiers. Will entered the soldiers' room and told Caxton that he suspected that their enemy had wiretaps on their communications and were aware of their information routes, hence why he came to them in person. Will then gave him an envelope, stating that the documents inside included changes to Grey Fox's plans and added that Brigadier General Wilder of the NSA had approved of the mission to capture Shue Yan going through. After checking the info and talking to other soldiers, Caxton told Will to leave the area as soon as possible before violence started to stir, so Will left.

In the anime, Will showed the Grey Fox soldiers the truck that they would use to escort themselves to the harbor, and he told them that a Catholic church of all groups made the arrangement.
