The Magical Girl Episode (魔法少女編 Mahō shōjo-hen) is the second Black Lagoon omake. It was originally released in the second manga volume on July 19, 2003, and it was later animated and released on the second Japanese Blu-ray disk on December 23, 2009.

Dressed in a magical girl outfit, the joyful "Radical Revy" introduces herself to the audience while a confused Rock looks on. Spinning around, she states that she has come from Hestonworld to save Rock from his "hermit loser" life that makes him lack social skills. Revy then elaborates that she will solve his problems with peace and justice, giddily asking him to tell her his deepest desire. Quietly speaking, he politely asks her to go away, but she responds that there has to be someone who bothers him. Speaking up, he recalls that he wants to get rid of the Russian school gang leader, Balalaika. As Revy smiles, Rock nervously claims that she stole his lunch once. The gang students try to charge at Revy, who pridefully and happily mentions several guns, particularly a Tokarev, a Makarov, a Krinkov, and an H&K model. Grinning, she pulls out two pistols, shocking Rock as she massacres the students where they stand.

Rock yells that she should be using magic, to which the magical girl happily declares that magic is unnecessary when she has firearms. Moving her head back in laughter, Radical Revy says that guns are more practical and reliable than magic tricks. Raising his hand, Rock asks her if everyone from Hestonworld is like her. Confirming his inquiry, Revy explains that there is no fighting or domestic squabbles in her world thanks to the abundance of guns. Not liking her work, Rock tells her that she has to go, but she stops him and smilingly asks him if he still needs money. When she drops many bundles of U.S. dollars on him, he anxiously asks her where she retrieved so much cash. She confesses that she stole it all from a bank, making Rock scream. As police sirens are heard, the narrator states that Radical Revy went back to her world after satisfying her need to help people even when they do not need it. Suddenly, the magical maid Roberta, who is given cat ears due to being Revy's younger sister, appears and proclaims that she has come to the rescue. Immediately, she is silent upon seeing a sad Rock in police custody. The narrator mutters that the story will not be continued.
