Storm (シュトルム Shutorumu) is an Extra Order mercenary.

Storm is a young adult Caucasian man of South African nationality. He has short brown hair, pale skin, and a skinny build. He wears a dark green military camouflage uniform, a dark green military beret, and sunglasses. Like other E.O. mercenaries, he uses an AKS-74U rifle for a weapon.

He aided the E.O. Captain in the attack on the Yellow Flag to kill the Lagoon Company to prevent the pirates from delivering a stolen Asahi Industries disk. Despite the clear advantage of numbers, the E.O. mercenaries were shot and killed en masse by Revy and Dutch, foiling Storm and the others' attempt to kill them. After the attack ceased due to the pirates' escape, Storm exited the bar and reported to the Captain that 16 of their men got killed while 8 got injured, apologizing for underestimating the enemy as mere hoodlums. To Storm's surprise, the Captain simply remarked that he was glad that they finally had an opponent who had some fight in them in contrast to the children and elderly men that they killed in Liberia.
