Stand by Me is the third chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl. It was originally released on November 19, 2019.

Wearing a beach hat, sandals, and a bikini and beach jacket, Frederica Sawyer rolls several bags of luggage on a road to go to the beach, but the cart wheel hits a bump, unraveling the rope holding the bags together, disappointing Sawyer as the cart wheel rolls away. In the sweltering heat, Sawyer hears a voice from a metal briefcase, telling Sawyer that it cannot just remain as is. A checkered bag then tells Sawyer to take responsibility for her work until the end, and a string-tie bag reminds her that she promised to bring the bag along. Likewise, a sports bag tells her that it cannot walk anymore unfortunately, and another athletic bag states that it is divided into 5 parts. The first sports bag reminds Sawyer that it knows she can smell its contents, telling her that they should finish the job quickly due to the heat and jump into a pool.

Dragging four of the bags onto the metal briefcase, Sawyer is tired from walking but hears a car behind her, so she removes her hat and beach jacket to show her bikini, smiling and holding out her thumb to get a ride. After the car picks her up, Sawyer sits in the backseat with her bags as the giddy male driver drives and asks her if she is going to the sea, saying that he will come too. Seeing her pale skin, the man comments that she should get a tan. Sawyer's bags then resume talking to her, with one bag desiring to go to the sea while another asks her why she got into an argument at the swimsuit department fitting room and had to pull out her chainsaw in response. Recalling the incident, the bag reminds her that she severed everyone on scene in a fit of rage, commenting that bringing all the body parts in the bags will grant her some forgiveness certainly.

As Sawyer's luggage continues to make comments, the car gets near the sea, but the driver notices a car behind him, and a man in the passenger seat pulls out a gun and shoots at the vehicle. The bags and Sawyer sit in surprise, and the former tell Sawyer that the men are of their organization, changing their mind about forgiving Sawyer. Upon the passenger seat gunslinger taunting the car and driving next to it, he sees Sawyer's chainsaw burst through her car roof, and she gives him a gleeful and murderous look, scaring him. Sawyer then begins to cut through the other car's roof, scaring the enemy men. To everyone's surprise, the road guardrail in front is missing, and the two cars veer off the road down a hilly slope. Crashing into the sea, Sawyer floats on her back and smiles as her bags sink into the sea, enjoying the feel of the water. From one of the bags, a dismembered hand suddenly emerges to make a middle finger gesture.
