SWAMP THING is the thirty-first chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl. It was originally released on March 19, 2022.

On a hot, sizzling day in Roanapur, the air conditioning in Sawyer the Cleaner's workplace is broken as she violently cuts up a corpse with her chainsaw. Finishing her work on the foul-smelling corpse and putting away her chainsaw, Sawyer's only thought in her mind is taking a nice shower due to her sweat and stench. As she removes her apron, several men enter the workshop and greet her, covering their mouths upon entering the room and asking Sawyer if her AC is broken. Telling her that a corpse was dumped in front of his office, a short-haired blond man requests her to cut the corpse into pieces. As three of the men guide the corpse to the door, Sawyer begins to close the door, but the man begs her to take the corpse since he has no reason to keep it. As they argue, a bomb detonates under the van, resulting in a huge explosion that kills the man's two assistants.

As Sawyer gets up after the blast pushed her onto her side, a colossal deluge of blood rains down on her, covering her in blood and body parts. Dazed, the man looks around to check on his men and wonders what just happened. When he asks Sawyer if she is all right, his head is completely blown off by a nearby shotgun wielder, blowing his brains and blood everywhere, including onto Sawyer. Sticking his upper half out of a van's back window, the capped man points his shotgun at Sawyer but sees that she has already disappeared as indicated by a moved manhole cover. Although he tells his accomplice that he does not care about the cleaner, the suited man's silence signals to him that they will follow her down the sewer, much to the capped man's disgust. As they climb down into the sewer, the capped man remarks that he wants to hurry up so he can take a shower and drink a beer.

Running down the tunnel, the frustrated Sawyer looks back while her mind is still occupied with taking a shower. Soon, the two men run through the sewers and reach a four-way tunnel, with the capped man asking the suit man what drives his desire to kill the cleaner. Reasoning that there are several paths, the capped man recommends that they give up and head home. In a dark corner, Sawyer prepares to attack the capped man, who turns and tries to shoot her, but she ducks. As she charges upward with her chainsaw, the man wonders how she hid her chainsaw with her in the sewer, screaming in fear. He manages to knock down Sawyer with the hilt of his shotgun, laughing arrogantly at her mess up. Not paying attention, he feels his leg being severed, screaming in pain and falling on the ground. In response, the suit man points his pistol at Sawyer. Not knowing why the suit man is not hesitating, the capped man demands the suit man to hold on.

Against his friend's wishes, the suit man fires a bullet, which Sawyer dodges, and it ricochets off several walls until entering the left side of the capped man's head a second later, killing him. In shock at his own friendly fire, the suit man freezes, giving Sawyer the opportunity to thrust her chainsaw up into his chest, killing him. Afterward, the completely sewage-covered Sawyer crawls out of a manhole. As she walks while leaving a trail of filth behind, a van drives past her, splashing even more filth onto her. Later, not long after Sawyer gets Shenhua's_apartment">home, a confused Shenhua returns and finds the floor covered with Sawyer's filth, causing her to furiously scream. While Shenhua angrily asks who is responsible and declares that she will not forgive the perpetrator for ruining her carpets, Sawyer blissfully stands in the shower and smiles as she lets the water cleanse her hair and body.
