Quentin the Tiger (クェンティン・ザ・タイガー Kwentin za Taigā) is a mercenary who was hired by Russell to capture Janet Bhai.

Quentin is a young man with tan skin, slicked-back blond hair, and a vertical scar across the skin around his left eye. He wears a tiger-patterned dress shirt, hence his name.

Quentin went to the Yellow Flag via carpool with the other hired assassins to learn the details of Russell's job to capture Jane. Agreeing with Shenhua that Russell was too bossy for a newcomer, he insulted the cowboy and told him to go back to the United States. Soon, he left with the other assassins after they had their drinks. Hitching a ride with one of the Yun brothers, he traveled with them and the others to the Ramsap Inn where Jane was staying for the night, but she had already escaped due to a plan that Eda concocted. As Jane ran away and finally agreed to Eda's fee for rescuing her, Quentin and the other assassins spotted the two women, asking the nun what she was doing with Jane. Accordingly, he told her about the bounty on the counterfeiter's head and suggested that she join in on the Nuevo Laredo Cartel's cheap 1 grand bounty. As he grinned, the nun shot him in the chest, retorting that $1,000 was chump change, and she helped Jane escape. It is unknown if he survived being shot.
