No country for old men is the sixty-third chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl. It was originally released on December 19, 2024.

At the site of a massacre, a man named Kenny flips his Napoleon coin for a coin toss. As he catches it, his associate arrives and asks what has happened, clarifying that he only ordered for their enemies to be threatened rather than killed. Smirking, Kenny answers that it does not matter since they got the goods for free and would not be able to intimidate the men, reasoning that "Napoleon" told him to do it. His associate realizes that he murdered the men because he still believes in his double Napoleon gold coin, making Kenny laugh. Irked, the man recalls that their boss has admired his work but clarifies that their other associates are wary of him. Hearing him suggest that he not stand out too much while he lacks power, Kenny responds that he will take it to heart. He flips his coin again but misses the catch and, as a result, the coin bounces onto Frederica Sawyer's cleaning mop.

As she mops blood off of a floor grate, the coin is pushed into the grate's slit, causing Kenny to scream. He angrily asks her what she did, though she shows no concern about his loss. Kenny's associate tells him not to bother the cleaner, adding that it was his fault he lost the coin anyway. Reluctantly accepting it, Kenny sternly orders Sawyer to continue her work. Later, he walks by a juice bar and walks to the counter, ordering a glass of nam manao (Thai limeade). Standing next to Sawyer, Kenny asks if he has seen her before but clarifies he is not flirting with her. As he tries to think of where he knows her from, Sawyer knows that he does not recognize her since she was covered in personal protective equipment. Deciding not to think about it anymore, Kenny remarks that he enjoys the juice bar's drinks, saying that he only had the drinks once in a while when he used to lack money. Taking his lime juice, he thanks the employee and bids goodbye to Sawyer.

Not long afterward, he reconvenes with his other associate, who reminds him that he could not start without him. Apologizing, Kenny says he was merely thirsty. His comrade rhetorically asks him if he thinks he is stupid, prompting Kenny to assure him otherwise by admitting he is grateful that he took him off of the streets. The man advises him to understand his perspective, to which Kenny replies that he intends on rising to the top to take revenge on the world. Being asked what their plan is, the associate explains that they already conquered their enemy without a fight, summarizing that Kenny can kill them again or make them join their gang. Opening the door, Kenny looks inside to see the empty room, noting that it is a dead end. Suddenly, he hears the cock of a pistol to his head. Scoffing at Kenny's wish to get revenge on the world, his associate asserts that they are doing business, not terrorism. Kenny draws his pistol and turns around, with both men firing at the same time. Immediately afterward, having been shot in the arm, he staggers against a wall and mutters to himself that he was right about not trusting anyone, even his own comrade. Falling onto his back, Kenny mumbles that he will still get revenge on the world. Before he passes out, he sees Sawyer looking over him.

Later, he wakes up on a mortuary table inside Sawyer's workplace and sees the meat hooks above him, wondering if he is dead. Kenny then tries getting up but feels pain, though he notices that his right arm has been bandaged up. Having recovered some strength, he gets up and leaves the building, and Sawyer soon shows up and is unsure where he went to. Elsewhere in Roanapur, Kenny's former associate wakes up in bed, still in pain after being shot in the abdomen. He angrily wonders where one of his subordinates went to buy cigarettes, believing that he has been gone for a long time. He hears the door open and chastises the man, but he is shocked to see Kenny, who sarcastically apologizes for keeping him waiting. Grinning, Kenny declares that he will make sure he is left behind even if he is fated to die. The gangster tries reaching for his pistol, but Kenny recommends that he calm down and shows him a duffel bag, claiming that it is full of explosives. The man retorts that he is probably bluffing, but Kenny mentions that he has a lighter on him.

Reaching into his suit pocket, he is surprised that he has his Napoleon coin, realizing that Sawyer had retrieved it and given it back to him. Relieved, Kenny bursts into laughter, confusing his ex-associate. He flips the coin and jokes that Napoleon is letting him live, so he departs. However, as Kenny leaves, the injured man's subordinate comes back with the cigarettes and offers to light one for him. Noticing the duffel bag on the floor, the subordinate wonders what it is and reaches it as he holds the lit cigarette, terrifying his associate. Coming into contact with the cigarette, the explosives are triggered and blow up the building, though Kenny is unsurprised at the turn of events. Some day later, now working at the juice bar, Kenny greets Sawyer and asks her how many glasses of nam manao she wants. Sawyer holds up three fingers, so Kenny agrees to it and flips his Napoleon coin.
