Mr. Lun (ルンさん Run-san) is an elderly man living in Roanapur. He is always seen hanging out on his small boat near the city's docks.

Lun is an elderly Asian man with a skinny build and light-tan skin. He wears a brimmed maroon cap, a swamp green polo shirt, rolled up, dark grayish-blue pants, and brown sandals.

In early 1995 while he was sitting and smoking a cigarette on his boat, Lun was approached by Rock, who was interested in the former's scuba diving equipment. Willing to sell the items, Lun signaled a price of five thousand with his hands, but Rock found that too high a price and remarked that the items were probably stolen anyway. Lun lowered the price to four and a half, but Rock sighed and walked away from the offer. After the ex-salaryman left, Lun encountered Dutch, who bought the scuba equipment after seeing Rock's interest in it but also because he needed the equipment for a job.

Mr. Lun was briefly seen sitting on his fishing boat when several Roanapur City Police cruisers sped by him to respond to Revy's gunshot in the marketplace.
