LOOPER is the twenty-fifth chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl. It was originally released on September 18, 2021.

At nighttime inside her workplace, the sleepy Sawyer the Cleaner decides to sleep with her head down on her cleaning table, but she hears someone calling for her outside the locked door. After opening it, two men enter and toss a bodybag with a corpse onto the ground, telling her to erase his existence. Cracking her lower back, Sawyer gets to work after putting her mask on. As she begins cutting into the corpse, she notices her chainsaw's chain acting awry, and the chain suddenly breaks off and encircles her neck, decapitating her. Waking up from the nightmare in a sweat, she feels her neck to be sure of her place in reality, but she hears knocking and a call from the door. Going to the door in confusion, the same bodybag is tossed and the men give her the same request.

Unzipping the bag, Sawyer begins to hack at the corpse with a large yanagiba. As she hacks, she hears a swish from her blade and looks at the handle to notice that the blade has become detached. A second later, the blade falls down right into the back of her head, causing her to wake up in a sweat once more. Immediately hearing knocking and getting the bodybag with the same exact request, Sawyer shrugs her shoulders with an impatient grimace. Dragging the body onto a moving dolly, Sawyer walks backwards toward a pool of acid, but her boot trips and she falls backwards into the acid. As she dissipates, she wakes up terrified and hears the same men telling her to open up. Again and again, Sawyer tries to dispose of the corpse using various tools like an axe and even hedge clippers, but she either ends up with her torso dismembered or her head decapitated, waking up in a loop.

When the men ask her to open up yet again, Sawyer opens the door and with her chainsaw slices the men, who frantically try to tell her that they are not the job before being killed. Panting, Sawyer unzips the bodybag and drags the corpse to the meat freezer, shutting the door tight and slamming her head down in tiredness after the many time loops. Soon, Sawyer wakes up and is worried that she is still caught in the same loop, but she notices the blood from the two men oozing across the floor. Going to the door, Sawyer opens it and walks out to see the clouds and palm trees, smiling and enjoying the sunlight. As she stretches her body, two men walk nearby and remark that they cannot stand the power outage throughout town, adding that the air conditioning and refrigeration are no good. Going back inside, Sawyer sleeps peacefully on a small bed as a mass of dark liquid is seen oozing out from under the freezer door due to the power outage.
