Fujiyama Gangsta Paradise Part 4, also called Chapter 25, is the twenty-sixth chapter of the Black Lagoon manga. It was originally released in July 2004.

To Bandō's shock, Balalaika proclaims that the decision-making is up to Hotel Moscow, not the Washimine Group, for their next plans. They are immediately interrupted by a cellphone ringing, and the gangster Chaka loudly answers the phone to tell the woman on the phone not to bother him. Yoshida yells at him to not do it again and leave, but Bandō tells him to calm down. Excusing the outburst, Bandō asks Balalaika to give them a little more time to discuss the matter, to which Balalaika agrees. Noticing Revy in the corner of the room, Chaka asks Taka about her, and he tells him that she is the interpreter's bodyguard from Roanapur. Amazed that she is a female gunslinger, Chaka repeats that loudly but Taka tells him to leave her alone since they are their guests. Outside the meeting room in the hallway, Rock tells Revy that Balalaika and the others are still socializing. When Rock goes into the bathroom, Chaka puts his arm against the wall near Revy, asking her in Japanese if she is a gunslinger.

Revy coldly tells him that she only speaks English, and he begins flirting with her in English that he has killed ten people himself. Blowing a puff of cigarette smoke into his face, Revy tells him that his cologne stinks. Exiting the bathroom, Rock informs Revy that Balalaika is waiting for them, but Chaka places his foot against the wall, angrily telling Rock not to interrupt their conversation. Ignoring him, Rock again tells Revy to go on ahead, but Chaka punches him in the stomach and begins kicking him, taunting Revy that Rock is a weak man and she should be with him instead. As Chaka puts his hand on his revolver, Revy angrily glares at him when Yoshida intervenes to pull Chaka back, yelling at him for losing his temper. Kneeling down to the bruised Rock, Bandō apologizes and promises to severely reprimand Chaka for his violent behavior. Watching the interaction, Boris comments to Balalaika that they could get rid of the yakuza's insubordinate officers if they were on a battlefield, and likewise Balalaika is amused at the situation.

Revy asks Rock if he is all right, and he replies that he understands that she hesitated since Chaka wanted her to pull out her gun. Agreeing with Rock's deduction, Revy advises Rock to get her Cutlasses from back home, stating that she will need them in the future since Chaka will try to provoke them again, concluding that she will kill him. At their place, Ginji and Bandō cook some food and prepare ingredients, and Bandō comments that the Russians are badass but are monsters. Ginji then asks why he allied with them in that case, and he declares that they need a strong buffer against the Kōsa Council. Continuing to prepare the meal, Ginji reminds him that he should know that they cannot trust outsiders, and Bandō smilingly responds that they cannot ride out the storm and abandon their yakuza brothers who have worked so hard for them. Hearing Bandō's comment about the Kōsa Council's lack of honor, Ginji asks for another ingredient and says the Russians also lack honor.

At a metro station, Rock calls Benny and informs him that he got the items that he asked for. Once Benny greatly thanks Rock, the ex-salaryman asks Benny to ship Revy's Cutlasses to Japan on her behalf by shipping them under the Bougainvillea Trade Company. Curious, Benny asks if a storm is brewing, but Rock answers that he does not know the scale of the future yet. Hanging up the phone, Rock complains about getting a taxi in the snow, and he comes across Yukio Washimine by coincidence. He tells her that he finished doing some shopping while she smilingly states that she came back from prep school after preparing for entrance exams. Hearing that the metro employees are dealing with an inconvenience, Rock remarks that it may take a while and asks Yukio if she knows of any nearby cafés that they could go to. At the coffee shop, she asks Rock how long it has been since he returned to Japan and if he saw his parents. Introducing himself as Rokurō Okajima, he states that he has not planned on visiting his folks.
