Fetish is the thirty-ninth chapter of the Black Lagoon spinoff series Dismemberment Galore! The Gore Gore Girl. It was originally released on November 17, 2022.

In the backseat of a speeding car, Sawyer the Cleaner lies on her back as a man advises his accomplice Susan not to drive so fast. Remarking that Sawyer is an unexpected pick-up, he states that he wants to "taste her soon." Inside a motel room at Motel Broslin, the man takes off his tie and says to Susan that he wants to finish eating before Sawyer wakes up. Waking up later on the motel bed, the tied-up and dazed Sawyer sees the long hair blond man greet her, extending his hand and caressing his fingers onto her throat. Commenting that the feeling is wonderful, he tells her that he finds her throat scar attractive. Trying to resist, Sawyer slowly waits and tries to bite his fingers but fails. Clarifying that he cannot get his hands injured since he plays the piano, he states that he does not like ferocious girls.

After putting a ball gag in Sawyer's mouth as well as placing arm and ankle restraints on her, the man claims that he genuinely does not want her to wear such restraints. Sawyer tries in vain to push the gag out of her mouth and move around, but she falls onto her side with part of her skirt moving to expose her thigh. Moving her skirt to cover her thigh again, the man states that a young lady should not have her skin exposed like that. He then calls for the black-cloaked Susan to take care of her until he returns since he ran out of sleeping pills. As he prepares to leave the room, he tells her that she can eat and groom, also ordering Susan to keep the hem of Sawyer's skirt fastened. After he leaves, Susan looks over Sawyer, who is surprised to notice the many scars on Susan's face, and the woman places her hand on Sawyer's right thigh.

Later when the man returns, he sees that Sawyer has been given further restraints that make her sit upright with her head facing upward, completely exposing her neck. Rubbing his hands together, he sits down next to her and places his arms around her shoulders, coldly saying that he wants to taste her throat. To Sawyer's great discomfort, he begins moving his tongue slowly across her throat scar. As he continues to lick her neck, the man recalls how his mother was a prostitute and how he would keep his eyes and ears covered whenever men came over to their house. One day, his mother was stabbed by one of her customers and survived, but she was left with a large scar on her chest. After that point, the man was often hugged by his mother and recalls how the scar appeared right in front of his eyes each time. Continuing to lick and talk, the man adds that he buried his face into his mother's wound and traced it with his finger, putting his mouth onto it. Since then, he has sought out and also created women's scars.

Complimenting Sawyer's scar for being the best that he has seen, the man also asks her if she saw Susan's scars, specifying that she put them on herself. Speaking about how Susan got his attention but did not arouse him, he laments that Susan's wounds are worthless, derogatorily adding that she is also a prostitute. Hearing the door open, the man turns around and rhetorically asks Susan if he reminded her not to enter. While his head is turned, Sawyer's restraints open up and she kicks her legs out of them, taking the man off guard. As he is baffled as to how she freed herself, Sawyer immediately swings her right foot and kicks him in the groin, sending him to the ground but still having arm and mouth bridles. Looking to Susan, the man groans and asks her why she did it, and the woman answers that Sawyer had convinced her.

Holding a knife, Susan softly tells him that she knows how to make him hers forever, and she stabs the terrified man several times. Much later, Sawyer walks with Shenhua, who covers her face from the heat and asks the former why she has been wearing turtlenecks all the time lately. Manually lifting her turtleneck's collar to cover her own throat scar, Sawyer remains silent and looks forward with a disgusted and discomforted gaze.
