Borge (ボルヘ Boruhe) is a gangster and member of the Colombian Cartel.

Borge is a young Hispanic man with a skinny build, tan skin, and short, wavy black hair. He wears sunglasses, a dark-colored suit, and a light-colored dress shirt. He carries a KG-9 pistol for a weapon.

In the beginning of the firefight at the Yellow Flag between the Colombians and Fabiola Iglesias, Borge and others were summoned to the bar by Gustavo to act as reinforcements. When Marrero's machine gun fire failed to kill the young maid and only injured fellow Colombians, he ordered Borge to charge inside the bar with several men. Running to the side of the entrance door, Borge prepared his pistol and waited to make a move. Seconds later, he slammed the door open and ran towards Fabiola, who immediately fired a grenade at the ceiling above them, blocking their path and surrounding them with building debris. It is unknown if Borge survived the attack, as he is not seen again or being directly injured.
