Beam (ビーム Bīmu) is a Roanapur City Police officer who was present during Park Seung's attack on the police station.

Beam is a Thai man with a skinny build and tan skin. He wears a police uniform with a peaked cap.

When Rock and Feng Yifei visited Saensak at the Roanapur City Police station, Beam was on duty at the same place. In a short period, Park Seung singlehandedly attacked the station in an attempt to free his brother Rob, forcing the surviving officers to take cover. As he hid, Beam was ordered by Saensak to retrieve all of the shotguns and seized weapons from their armory. Once arming themselves, all of the police officers went to the elevator to lay in wait for Park Seung to be lured to them by the freed Revy.
